So listen up

I've made a 4shared account now where I will be uploading all my files in the upcoming weeks. However, my exam week will start in about 2 weeks so it will take a little longer for me to upload things.

My fist priority now will be sending download links of discos of bands for the people who requested so through mail. From there on I will be updating my oldest files, working up to my newest files.

Thank you for sticking with me.

I'm so done with life.

Hello Kitt,

In our last message to you we provided instructions on how to file a counterclaim, but never received a response.  Going over the messages you left for the individual files, you haven't actually demonstrated permission to host anything, only described how you decided on your own that you were allowed to distribute this content.  Unfortunately that is not enough to justify account restoration, and your files were permanently deleted several weeks ago.
You are free to create a new account provided you have a new email address, but your old one must remain closed.

Sincerely,

Charlie

Counter-claim.

I've finally been able to file in all the counter-claims against the files that Lovitt 'sued' me for. Mediafire still didn't reply to any of my shout outs for help (I send about 10 of them). So, hopefully I come across another website that is easy and nice to use so I can drop mediafire 'cause they are just unfriendly people.

And now we have to wait for my 'trial'.

Money and all 'that jazz.

So it seems that mediafire has the worst customer service ever since they don't reply to my mails. This is very frustrating for me. What also makes me furious, yet frustrating, is the fact that because of Lovitt records my account is down and they don't seem to give two flying fucks. Yes, of course I do understand their part of the story. They put a lot of 'effort' in their records and want them to be sold. They want money. All I want is people to know about the bands I post so they can listen to awesome music and have a better record collection (free promotion of bands --> people buy records ---> company gets money). It was never my intention to upset a company because they are missing out on ´sales´. If they would´ve kindly asked me to take the links down I would be more than willing to, but the way they are handling this situation now is just utterly ridiculous.

I am done with today´s music industry.

However, this all doesn´t mean I´m giving up. It just means that when I do not get my account back I have to make a new account and start uploading everything on that new account so I can make the links working again. I am not going to give up on this blog. I hope you all understand that it will take a while for me to get this blog back up.

If you are visiting my blog for a certain record you want to download, but the link is down, just mail me and I'll be more than happy to share it with you.

Locked account

My Mediafire account has been locked. It seems that people are reporting my files up for download randomly and now I'm screwed. I mailed Mediafire just now, and until further notice I cannot post anything. Hopefully things get worked out. I'll keep you updated.

Old Gray - Everything I Let Go & The Things I Refuse To

As most of you know I already posted Old Gray before, that post you can find here. I got a mail a few weekends ago they have a new 7'' coming up (which you can pre-order). I got immediately attracted to the name of the 7'', 'cause it has a pretty title and awesome artwork. And also Old Gray is one of my favorite 'new-school' bands so I was super excited to listen to it. Now, I listened to it and imo their 'old' stuff is far better than what they just released imo. But it is also somehow not comparable 'cause their old stuff sounds so different. It's like they want to sound like more nu-screamo, which I dislike 'cause they really had their own sound when listening to their previous records. The vocals still sound the same; emotional and raw, whichi s a good thing. It's just the instrumental music that changed. It is a fairly good record, don't get me wrong. It's just that it's not the Old Gray that I know. Just download it and be the judge yourself.

You can btw pre-order the record here. There are really pretty colors available (the prettiest color is already sold out) and it basically costs nothing so be nice and support the band + It's a Trap Records.

Her Breath On Glass

Her Breath On Glass is a two-piece emo/screamo/really intense and nice-to-listen-to band from Boston, Massachusetts. Their vocals are super intense and heart breaking. Features members from the Saddest Landscape.

This is probably the most complete discography you can find on the internet from them. Although there are two records missing; love.life compilation song, and the three-way split with I found myself in Austin, Texas/Bail/Her Breath on Glass. If you have any of these please share
The band is btw also still active so if you like their stuff please buy it and support the labels who release their records!

This post has been lingering around for over 2 years now. I finally decided to post them after I found one of their records at Ieper fest this year.

Ivich was a 90's emocore/screamo band from France.

Pygmy Lush

Cold World/Guilt (2011)

I wanted to post this band ever since I heard of them but since I'm a lazy typist I didn't post them, until now! I present you the entire Pygmy Lush discography! In case you haven't heard of Pygmy Lush before (shame on you!) they're a folk/indie band from Sterling, Virginia. The band was formed by ex-pg.99 members and are accompanied by other band members that were in bands such as City of Caterpillar, Majority Rule and Malady. I don't think I've come across a band lately that gives me chills like Pygmy Lush does and I have no words to properly describe them. Just listen to them and you'll understand what I'm talking about.

I Have Dreams

I Have Dreams was one of the finest screamo bands around in the 90s. They were born from the ashes of the band New Ethic, after their guitar player Daniel died in a car accident. I Have Dreams were more than a band - in the words of Mike Peters (vocals): “It was an attempt to cope with the pain everyone was feeling after Daniel’s death.”  They were together for roughly six months, and they broke up in the Spring of 1999.

Heart On My Sleeve

Blood Is Not Thicker Than Wine
Split with состояние птиц

Heart On My Sleeve are a new started amazing female fronted screamo band from Stockholm, Sweden, with former members of Followed by 37 seconds of happiness and The Hope & The Failure.

This is a re-post. The band just released their split with состояние птиц and it's amazing. I've also seen them live and that was even more amazing. Except for the band playing amazingly good, they're also amazingly sincere and nice people. Hoping for a European tour soon.
